HI!
I’m Pam and I live in the vibrant city of Eindhoven.
My mornings start with a nice cup of coffee before I start running the office, and sometimes even a workout at the gym.
With almost a decade of experience in project management and startups, you will get from me a person capable of getting involved in all lines of business, gaining a clear vision to address the needs of the company and the clients. My colleagues quickly find a better process and environment to work with, which makes their job easier.
It all started when I opened my own business, a coworking space as a solution for families. Filling a gap in family conciliation options, I led the movement in Spain, and CoFamily Coworking became a concept in the market.
I am a creative person, who understands the “problem”, and who is able to find the best solution, even sometimes without even a budget. I generate trust in people, something I honor by giving my best, empowering people to achieve their goals and those of the company.
My natural way and unique experience as an entrepreneur gave me the tools to change industries without problems: from the coworking industry, managing more than 360m2 and 30 people, to the technology industry in remote sensing, promoting and developing business lines with night satellite images.
But let this image of a woman with strong communication and management skills not overshadow everything else: I am a happy, optimistic woman, a mother, who seeks well-being, and who does classical ballet to this day.
I am strong on...
This is my first role working for a large organisation in the Netherlands, Rewilding Europe, with its main headquarters in Nijmegen. A great experience, immersed in Dutch culture. I recognise that I have the versatility to work in any role, and as an operations assistant I expected nothing less. In the end it includes carrying out projects, in this case more technical and operational, but I am very good at it.:
- Led project, migration from Xink to CodeTwo for the entire organization
- I led the project, analysis of the Zoho CMR that the organization currently uses.
- Office manager funtions: Ensure the organization of meeting rooms, functionality of the space, supplies, comfort, contracts, etc.
CoFamily Coworking: CoFamily was one of the greatest episodes of my life. I designed it thinking that another way of working was necessary: that mothers could continue with their jobs in a more leisurely and comfortable way; that fathers could be caregivers if mothers worked outside the home, or the possibility of getting involved and developing new ideas. Let nothing be an impediment!.
Through CoFamily I realized how good I am at creating, optimizing processes, focused on purpose, and connecting to work in community; I used agile methodologies such as Lean startup and Design Thinking in the creation process.
My great achievement was positioning CoFamily as a concept for coworking with children. Also hard work in marketing and off- and on-page positioning. It led me to be invited to numerous entrepreneurship roundtables, talks and conferences.
I really had a great time! Enjoy every hat on. Perhaps meeting so many people in the market, families, collaborators, other coworking owners, and being a connector among them, was what I valued (and miss) most.
Sales Customer / Account Manager: In this position I stand out for building solid relationships with clients. It is something that I really enjoy, I like to help them give them the best service, fast and efficient, and solve their needs, and they let me know.
It requires my full attention, it’s focused and I think that’s the way to work. I know how to prioritize my tasks, I know how to finish them on time.
Link between the foundation and clients. My main role, make everything flow, make the client happy; experience in input data and files:
- Effective Communication and Customer Interaction
- Logistics and Process Management of our instruments, ensuring quickly and accurately.
- Sales and Administrative Support, using ERP systems to keep records up to date and handle customer agreements.
- Problem-Solving and build customer relationship
- Manage inventory supply with responsible persons, and manage shipment.
Project Coordinator / Management Assistant: Since 2021 I have been working as a project coordinator for a Spanish start-up,(Noctosat) in an international environment. My main archievements:
- I designed the startup’s business model, establishing its value proposition and service offering.
- As a project coordinator, I meet deadlines and maintain close communication with clients and partners.
- I am concerned that the online office works properly: CRM, ERP, client meetings, internal communication.
- Generate knowledge to introduce a new solution to light pollution through communication channels.
But also as a Management Assistant:
- Managed calendars and coordinated meetings between clients and our startup
- Designed CRM in Notion for conversion and follow-up of clients and projects
- Monitor project emails, update project plans and database
- Constantly designed documents promoting our services and value proposition
I am not going to lie! I’m not a graphic designer, I don’t design logos….But, I have a lot of affinity with design. I understand naturally, how it works, how to capture the brand where it needs to be.
And if my work has some creativity where I can contribute, I will be happy!
I am proactive person, and I’ve been working with wordpress since 2016. I self-taught myself about CSS and HTML, but quickly moved on to designing templates in wordpress. I like Elementor as a builder.

I also worked as marketing content for Fair Furniture‘s social media:
- Supervision of the design of the new brand
- Management from its subscriber lists (Mailchimp)
- Design of the Product Catalog for potential retailers
- Social content in Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
In September 2023, after 3 month living here in Nederland, I got this beautiful volunteer job! With a strong purpose, in Empowerment Foundation:
- I initiated a comprehensive process for the creation of ‘new workshops’, optimizing transparency and organization, through a database for new speakers and monitoring
- Effective communication with stakeholders, showcasing adaptability at various levels
- Proactively sought solutions by identifying and capitalizing on optimization opportunities

Coworking Spain Conference – Alicante 2019
Uff, so many years ago! But it was a great achievement to be invited to this conference recognized in Spain and Europe...
But now I have more gray now, courtesy of age, but fear not: it’s the battle-tested kind of gray that comes with a generous side of experience!
